Parts and operations can be optimised for the most economical use of material, and held firmly in place on a vacuum bed during precision machining.

Design
A full design service is available to assist with your ideas and needs.
Or provide cutting lists for panel processing, design drawings or DXF files for exact machining requirements.
The machining software is TPA Cad which uses a piece programming approach. Meaning each part is programmed individually, giving greater control; before being optimised using a sheet nesting software.
Other software resources utilized are AutoCAD LT for 2D CAD and shaped parts; Fusion 360 for 3D CAD and complex concepts.
